Our AI achieves high accuracy on printed text and most handwriting. However, accuracy varies depending on handwriting legibility, scan quality, and card condition. We always recommend reviewing extracted data before approving.
Dispatch works with any connect card layout. During setup, our card template analyzer learns your card's specific fields and layout. Whether your cards have checkboxes, free-text fields, or a mix of both — Dispatch can handle them.

Upload your connect cards as a PDF file. Scan all cards (front and back) into a single PDF. We recommend 300 DPI or higher for best results.
Batch splitting takes a few seconds. AI extraction typically processes each card in 5-15 seconds. A batch of 20 cards usually completes within a few minutes.
Yes! Go to Settings > Routing to set up rules. You can route cards based on checkbox values, keywords in text fields, or detected crisis situations. Each rule can trigger email notifications to specific team members.
Yes. Go to Settings > Emails to customize notification templates. You can edit the content for welcome messages, prayer confirmations, team notifications, and more. Each template can be enabled or disabled individually.
Yes. You can delete individual cards, entire batches, or your full account. Contact support@dispatch.church for full account deletion requests.
AI extraction accuracy depends on handwriting quality and scan resolution. You can edit any extracted field before approving. If you consistently see issues with a specific card layout, try re-analyzing the card template in Settings > Templates.
